1. 돌잔치 진행은 어떻게 되나요? 내용 토글 버튼

대략적인 대관내용 및 대관시간은 아래와 같습니다.

 

-촬영 또는 촬영+돌상을 위한 대관을 하시는 경우는 2시간

-촬영+돌상+식사를 위한 대관을 하시는 경우는 3시간 

 

*식사의 경우 박물관 지정 외부 호텔 케이터링 서비스로 진행됩니다.

*돌잔치는 당월 포함 4개월 전, 혼례 및 행사대관은 당월포함 6개월 전부터 행사 접수 가능합니다. 

2. 박물관에서의 행사 관련 문의는 어디로 하면 되나요? | For any inquiries on any kinds of events at the museum, where should I contact?내용 토글 버튼

모든 행사 관련 문의는 박물관 대표 전화(02-745-0181)로 문의 주십시오.

 

*돌잔치는 당월 포함 4개월 전, 혼례 및 행사대관은 당월포함 6개월 전부터 행사 접수 가능합니다.

3. 예약된 시간에 앞서 도착하면 먼저 가이드 투어를 시작할 수 있나요? | Are we able to start the tour in advance if we arrive early?내용 토글 버튼
모든 가이드 투어는 예약된 시간에 맞추어 정각에 시작되기에 일찍 도착하셔도 대기실에서 대기하셨다가 투어 시간에 맞추어 투어를 하게 되십니다.
예약된 시간보다 늦게 오실 경우, 이미 진행하고 있는 투어 그룹에 합류하시게 되어 늦으신 만큼 투어 시간이 짧아지니 이 점 참고하시기 바랍니다.
 
All guided tours of the Museum begin on time, so please arrive before the reserved tour time.
If you arrive late for the reserved time, you will join the tour group that's already started and you will miss beginning parts of the tour.
4. 가이드투어 티켓 지불은 어디서 하고 관람료는 얼마인가요? | Where do I pay my tickets to the museum and how much is it?내용 토글 버튼

박물관 홈페이지 예약은 선택하신 날짜와 시간 가이드 투어 예약만 가능하시고, 지불은 현장에서 이루어집니다.

관람료는 인당 20,000원입니다. (초중고생/장애인/성북구민 할인 적용)

 

An online reservation is the only guarantee of entering the Museum on the date and time of your choice,

tickets will be charged at the entrance. (cash or credit cards are accepted at the museum)

Admission fee is 20,000 won per person. (special discount-elementary school~high school students with valid student IDs)

5. 휴관일은 언제인가요? | When is the museum closed?내용 토글 버튼

매주 일요일, 월요일, 설(신/구정) 연휴, 추석 연휴는 휴관일입니다.

 

The museum is closed on every Sunday, Monday, January 1st, New Year’s holidays, and the Chuseok holidays.

6. 사진촬영이 가능한가요? | Is photo taking permitted?내용 토글 버튼

사진촬영이 불가능합니다.

사진촬영은 박물관 관람 시 가이드가 지정한 장소에서만 가능합니다.

 

Photos are not allowed at the museum.

However, our tour guide will let you know the designated photo zone within the museum.

7. 박물관 내에서 음식을 먹을 수 있나요? | Is there a place to eat take-out food in the museum?내용 토글 버튼

아니오, 박물관 내 음식물 반입은 금지되어 있습니다.

 

No food and drinks are allowed in the museum.

8. 예약을 해야 하나요? | Do I have to make a reservation? 내용 토글 버튼

네. 한국가구박물관의 모든 관람은 ‘사전 예약제’로 운영되며, 가이드 투어로만 진행됩니다.

 

모든 예약은 박물관 홈페이지를 통해 가능하며, 단체예약(15인 이상)인 경우 전화(02-745-0181) 

또는 이메일(info.kofum@gmail.com)로 가능합니다. 

 

  • 사전 예약을 하시는 고객님께서는 전시 관람일자 및 시간을 지정해야 하며, 예약하신 날짜 및 시간과 일치하지 않을 경우 입장하실 수 없습니다.
  • 사전 예약을 하시지 않은 경우, 현장에서의 입장이 제한될 가능성이 매우 높으니 이 점 참고하시기 바랍니다.
  • 사전 예약시, 예약 확인을 위해서 반드시 연락이 가능한 이메일 주소와 전화번호를 제공해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

Yes. The museum only provide guided tour and prior reservation is required beforehand.

 

All reservations are made on-line,and for group(15 people or more) reservation can be made by call(02-745-0181) or by e-mail (info.kofum@gmail.com).

 

  • Visitor who reserve the ticket at this website should specify the date and time of admission. Please note that if the date and time of admission doesn’t match, exhibition entry might be refused.
  • Visitor who did not reserve the ticket at this website or by phone or e-mail, please note that onsite admission can be highly restricted based on the museum tour schedule.
  • When making the reservation, please fill your e-mail address and phone number that we can contact.
9. 전시 설명이 있나요? | Do you provide explanation on the works of art? 내용 토글 버튼

네. 한국어나 영어 관람이 가능합니다.

사전 예약 진행 시, 미리 선택해주시기 바랍니다.

 

Yes. The guided tour will be provided in English or Korean and

you can choose either one when you make a reservation.

10. 누구나 입장이 가능한가요? | What ages are admitted to the museum? Is there an age limit?내용 토글 버튼

저희 박물관은 초등학생부터 입장 가능합니다. 

 

Our museum only serves children over age 7 and their families.
